HI, I’M Jill

I’m a recovering multi-taskmaster, constant “do-er,” and people-pleasing shape shifter.

I was the multi-passionate perfectionist who never felt fulfilled, no matter how long my to-do list was or how much I pushed myself…

…Until I got radically honest with myself and discovered that overfunctioning was just a symptom of disconnection. I wasn’t missing a lofty job or a six figure income, I was lonely for me.

Now, with the partnership of horses, I help other humans reconnect with themselves and find stable ground in a shaky world.

MY Story

Like every other human out there, my life has brought me deep hardship and deep lessons to go along with it. My childhood was steeped in chaotic change: 2 divorces, 3 different elementary schools, 2 middle schools, deceit, addiction, family enmeshment then estrangement, and the overdose of my father at 17.

I used to wear these stories like a badge of honor. I called myself resilient, but I was actually coping my way through life. I moved through the world with busyness as my distraction, perfectly productive on the outside and epically sad and disconnected on the inside.

It wasn’t until 2020 when I was freshly married, reeling from an unexpected pregnancy,  a traumatic birth, and a baby, the perfect and clean canvas of a human stared up at me, needing me to love him.

My so-called resilience was officially debunked and I couldn’t fake it anymore. Almost 40 years of ignoring my feelings manifested in depression and rage. It wasn’t pretty.

Decades of therapy I had prior didn’t stand a chance against the weight of this chapter. Even now, sitting in my local coffee shop, the fear and the tears rise up. My poor little soul yearned for stability and peace after so many years of constant movement. The energetic debt needed to be repaid.

It took a global pandemic and the beautifully trigger of becoming a mother to force me to face myself and GROW resilience, to finally slow down and pay attention.

My unraveling redefined resilience.

Resilience transformed from bouncing back to BEING WITH. There is no resilience in bucking up and white knuckling it through a difficult season. And there is certainly no “bouncing back” without connection. We humans are designed to be with ourselves and be with each other. Acknowledging our common humanity and embracing our struggles IS the path to connection.

Navigating my new normal became a deeper witnessing of what needed to happen, moment by moment. Most of the time, it was just Jill needing to been seen and loved.

We are not unique in our pain. We all need to feel connection before anything desirable change can happen.

As a coach, my hope is that my fellow humans get the chance to live the life of their dreams, but before that, they CONNECT..

Be WITH IT."

MY Approach

I believe in stripping away the layers of pretense to connect with our core selves. Whether you’re dealing with loss, seeking stability, craving more clarity, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, my goal is to support you with genuine empathy and practical and actionable guidance.

Together, we’ll prioritize presence and connection over anything else. We’ll stop doing so much and start being more of ourselves. We will remember and surrender to what it's like to be a fallible human. We will reconnect with our common humanity and find safety in the present moment.

All of the rest — the limiting beliefs, the unprocessed pain, the old version of you— we LEAVE IT IN THE DIRT.
Let’s find your stable ground and nurture your path to personal growth.

THE POWER OF CONNECTION

THE FACT THAT YOU’VE MADE IT HERE TELLS ME THAT YOU’RE READY FOR CHANGE.

Let’s take this to the next level, friend. If you’re feeling scared, if you’re feeling uncomfortable, that’s a good thing. It’s a sign that your evolution has already begun.
